Your Personal information

We use the personal information you provide voluntarily to send all necessary requested information and to complete orders.
Depending on how you interact with us, specific use of your personal information varies:

  • Documents download, events registration

You provide name, job title, company, email address and phone number. By doing so, you show an interest in a specific product for which we will send you updates, email announcements and information about.
We might also use your personal information to contact you via phone and send targeted information related to the topic you have expressed your interest for (i.e. promotional emails for similar types of events we organize).

  • Event Registration

When you register for any event organized by Connect Minds, we collect information about your professional responsibilities in order to better target our events and eventually offer better services.
This may also be used for research purposes. You will receive email updates about the event you registered for only.

  • Payment

For services that require payment (event registration), we may have to collect from you in case you allow us credit card information (holder name, number, expiration date and 3-digit security code) needed by our third party billing agent (CIB Bank / Intesa San Paolo Group) to confirm order. We destroy such information immediately after receiving effective confirmation of the payment.
The third parties we work with (CIB Bank / Intesa San Paolo Group) have the task to process credit card payment only. They do not store your personal data and do not share your credit card information details.
We deliver orders and we are the only one using your personal data (not payment data) for communication / promotion purposes. We do not rent, sell or share our contact lists.

  • Surveys and Research

We conduct research and surveys in order to develop future events, in which participation is completely voluntary.
